Its brand new and never been shot. Darn sweet set up!!
there are a couple very small handling marks on the stock. But everything else is perfect as you would assume for a new rifle.
These surgeon scalpels are known for their incredible accuracy. it will make someone a very nice long range rifle.
Comes with the travel case. Pretty heavy duty Case, has wheels on it. Basically a storm/pelican like case.
