I have a Surgeon RSR short action standard bolt face for sale. It includes a Surgeon 20MOA Rail that is pinned. The recoil lug is double pinned as well. I had the firing pin bushed by Greg Tannel. I'm selling to fun another Build. I'm asking $900.00 shipped to an valid FFL.
