Surgeon 1581XL

Looking to purchase a Surgeon 1581XL action. The fellow I sent funds to returned my check after he decided he didn't want to sell anymore. Right now ideally I want an action built in Prague OK but will settle for an AZ built action. Bolt must have a Lapua Face.

I'm also interested in whole and partial rifles in a Norma Mag. Must be in a J-allen, AIAX Chassis, or fiberglass stock. No KMW sentinels. Thanks
