The US Supreme Court found that New York potentially violated the 1st Amendment. "Today, the Court reaffirms what it said then: Government officials cannot attempt to coerce private parties in order to punish or suppress views that the government disfavors," They ruled (once again) that government agencies cannot use threats of legal sanctions and other coercion to entice business to cease doing business with other parties (like banks refusing business with 2A legal businesses). In this case " "guidance letters" in 2018 to banks and insurance companies encouraging them to sever ties with the NRA and other pro-Second Amendment organizations, citing reputational risks. "

They have been using the legal system as a weapon for a long time without repercussions. It is time we started going after these people personally.

Always good news when the NRA prevails in court. All of America "wins", whether people realize it or not. I'm thankful for the Supreme Court we currently have. These continued rulings in favor of freedom & adherence to the Constitution (Bill of Rights) keep the Republic on the rails, back to sanity.

I read that, it was 9-0 decision. Three libs shot it down also. At least one court is not bias.

This was headed up by the ACLU, might be important to add in. If the ACLU wasn't working along side the NRA the results might have been split. A very rare thing all around.

Your right about that, its rare that the ACLU sides with a conservative organization.
