Would the Gilmore have enough eye relief to mount in front of an AR-15 H-BAR carry handle (over the handguard) & give full field of view??? If so, I have a plain 10-22 that I'd consider parting with.

Yes, the Gilmore gives a full field of view regardless of the eye relief. In fact, it is mounted on my M4 at the present time. Email me for more info...
