New without tags. Grey, size Medium. I thought these fit the way I wanted, tossed the tags and then decided they were a touch too big. I'm a 31-31.5 waist. The Med is adjustable 32-35" at the belt line per their chart, i'd say that's accurate. Im selling to fund the same pants inside small.
