Don't know what the BBR looks like, but fitting a composite stock to an unusual bolt action is doable.
I reverse built up one of our carbon stocks to fit my old sako L579.
Just open the inlet plenty big, postion barreled action where it should be in the stock and fix via putty and tape. Start with bedding from the underside and maybe even fiber reinforcements. Then bed bottom metall with stainless pillars. Last step is to fill the gap between action inlet and bottom metall.
Otherwise fill the inlet area of a composite stock and re-inlet for the action.
