Okay, so I purchased this from a member here a couple years ago for an older flat-back Savage (.338-06) that I no longer own. It is for a Long Action w/ top bolt release and staggered feed-blind magazine. I DO NOT know the maker of this stock, but it closely resembles the looks of a Stockade stock. It has been glass-bedded (Devcon) and it does have pillars. Has 2 sling-swivels up front and one in the back. It weighs nearly 5 lbs (bathroom scale). The ONLY indentifying feature on it is the recoil pad which says 'Uncle Mike's' by Michaels of Oregon. My '06 shot very well in it and it is very comfortable and solid to shoot behind. It just sits around here and hopefully a fellow Savage Guru can do something with it. I want NOTHING for it except for the price of shipping (continental US only). PayPal F&F works for me. Thanks for looking.
