Sticky bolt on the savage 338's?

What is the latest on the sticky bolt issues on the Savage 338 Lapua's.....has anyone determined whats causing this? thanks

Hornady brass and semi rough chambers is what i believe is causing the heavy/sticky bolt lift. I switched to Lapua brass and it got better but even on mild loads i get heavy bolt lift so i may try polishing the chamber after todays shooting session.
