come with lifetime warranty,,which is why there are new. sent the old ones in and they just sent me new ones. i just don't use them anymore, comes with the tripod adaptor. probably the best quality 20 power binos you can buy at a decent price point. we used them for spotting deer. mostly my daughter 1100? prefer local pickup if possible.
