these are brand new from steiner, lifetime warranty no matter what. that is why they are brand new. i had sent back my first pair and they sent me a brand new still sealed box. it comes with everything in the box plus an addition tripod adaptor (so there are two tripod adaptors in case you lose one) great binos, the best 20 powers you are going to find in anywhere near the price range. i just don't use them.
