Spotting Scope & Rifle Scope Mount for Go Pro or Android Phone

Looking for a good mount to put on a Spotting Scope & Riffle Scope to attach a Go Pro/Phone Camera(s) so that I can link to my Tablet and see (or video)
where I am hitting on the target.

The mounting system needs to be solid. I'm weakness in the mounting will cause distortions and difficulty in focusing. Also learn to use auto lock focus and avoid all the models that are WiFi like Tacticam. Direct mounts with lens have been a failure.

would you explain your recommendation why the OP should avoid any system using Wifi?
