Had an adventure in Spain hunting with Dani Marti, the partner of the late Martin Rodriguez.
The country is beautiful, the food excellent and the culture amazing. MTG

I intended to bring my own rifle. But, had to apply for an import permit from the Spanish consulate in San Francisco. We applied well ahead of time. After 12 weeks of no correspondence or communication from the consulate from the consulate it was obvious that no permit was going to be issued. I used the outfitters firearms. Both were good, albeit the scopes had to be adjusted for my eye. Both rifles were Blasers in 8x68 and 270WSM. Scopes were Swarovski. Not a fan of Blasers. Do not like the tang safeties.
So, if you have to apply through the San Francisco consulate….good luck. I did receive my application fee upon our return some weeks after. But in my honest opinion I would say it is a bit of a cluster——. Good luck!
