South Dakota is sending my money back no Tag

Now what to do Idaho for deer never been there or look for other states for a license or OTC Elk in Colorado. I really don't know where to go any ideas? Need a Tag.

Kentucky is a sleeper they recorded more BC whitetail bucks then any state last yr and you can buy a tag over the counter. Good luck
