Son practicing packing out sheds and elk head

My son loves to load up packs with some of my antler sheds and elk antlers and walk around the house. He also has his little sister hide the sheds around the house so he can go "shed hunting." As you might notice in the picture, he's also stuffed in some stuffed animals and a coat.

It seems his favorite shed hunting clothes are one piece pajamas.

Yeah, I usually don't like the kids messing with my hunting gear, but I don't mind when he pulls out one of my packs to haul sheds around the house. I get a kick out of seeing him loaded up with antlers going up and down the stairs for "training."

By the way, my wife has also found a use for a couple of my small deer sheds for Christmas decor.

He would be all over that! Haha. He's always wanting to go out shed hunting. Unfortunately farming doesn't allow us to get out as much as we would like.
