Just thought id share some pics of a couple of interesting rifles that occasionally make an apperance on my range here at the house.

This day we were adjusting the dr sight on this rifle. Pretty trick setup for close range stuff. This gun shoots supprisingly well considering the stubby barrel, and the rather rounded "forend" /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif For those of you that may be familiar with this "forend"... its a 40, not a 37. Its also got a supressor, non eyesafe millitary lazer and a few other goodies that stayed in the case for this shoot. If you look carefully at the selector, you will nottice that it is the full auto... course if youre going to have 14.5" barrel M4... might as well be full auto right?

This is a Knight armarment SR25MK11. Basically, an ar10 chambered for 308. Well... its a lot more than that... but basically... This one was headed to the sandbox when the owner was in the right place at the right time. Leupold glass, is connected with knight's rings, and their quick detach supressor. Great supressor by the way. Outside, its very plesant to shoot without plugs in. WE tried shooting some paper at 1018 with 175SMKs... this rifle has done well at LR before, but the wind was a bit much for it today. Its accurate enough to make headshots on the targets it was designed for at 400yds... and Id stil want something solid between me and it at twice that. Not too shabby for a rattle battle rifle!
