Perfect timing for hunting season and this one has to go. Have 3 other 700 Mtn Rifles and need $ to finish projects.
Had less than 100 rounds fired through it when I purchased it from the original owner. I have put another 68 rounds through it. Rifle will consistently shoot sub .75moa groups(and smaller) with factory Winchester 130gr Silver Tips. And was holding .5moa with Hornady 130gr SST's & Sierra 140gr HPBT Gamekings also.
Very clean barreled action, with a nice crisp trigger. Wood stock has some small dings & marks from hunting, but all very minor and its easy to see that the rifle was taken care of. Obviously a Pre J-Lock model, with one of the smooth jewelled bolts and a BDL-style floor plate.
This is a nice hunting rifle that carries extremely light & easy. And it shoots great too.
