How do the target turrets work? I see they are not engraved.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. These are the capped target turrets. They are in fact engraved. 15 moa per revolution. These caps are there because the turrets aren't water proof.

Would you be interested in a trade for a vx3 4.5x14x50mm LR matte black with duplex recital? mine is in good shape with slight ring marks and im sure it has a few hunting marks on it but nothing at all major. It is the 30mm tube model.
