SOLD/EXPIRED SOLD-FS Rem Sendero S/S Fluted 7mm UltraMag

A friend has asked me to sell his 7MM RUM. It was bought early this year and has approx. 150 rds. thru it. Topped with a matte Leupold variX2 6x18x40 adj. obj. and Leupold rings and bases. Has a Vais muzzle brake installed and trigger was adjusted by gunsmith to approx 2.5#'s. Comes with RCBS dies and 50pcs of 3 times fired brass. I have shot it and with little load development have shot sub moa at 300yds using 162 AMAX's. He has almost $1600 invested in this rifle and would like to get $1100 OBO. The reason he is selling it is he just got married 6 months ago and now has a little one on the way.

Price reduced to $1100 OBO and 2 partial boxes of bullets, Hornady 154 Interbonds- 73 and 162 AMAX's- 33. He really would like to sell this rifle, any reasonable offers?
