**SOLD** For Sale- Vintage Original Mint Fred Sinclair Powder Measure, SN #35. Fred converted new Lyman 55 powder measures to a Culver type measure. It does not have an audible click like the Harrells. Instead it has a rotary dial with a centered cylindrical adjustable drum designed like a micrometer thimble. Fred built these himself in his early years establishing himself as a master machinist and gunsmith, as well as a competitor. It throws highly accurate & consistent charges.
I have a Harrells Classic Culver and Fred's measure is just as accurate and it's collectible. Mounts anywhere with its clamp. Has the original 3" clear drop tube and reservoir lid.
