I am no fan of OBama's; but:
American is a nationality
Muslin is a religion
It's possible to be an American and a Muslim but he can't be an American or a Muslim.

Along similar lines, I think parents who use behavioral medication on their kids are putting their children's future at risk. That is something that might just come back to haunt your kids later. Please think twice before doing it. I don't like gun control myself, but those meds are bad news too. Guns and pills are not a good combo. I wouldn't advise giving anybody a reason for keeping your kids from becoming gun owners when they grow up.
