Smoked Beef Brisket Flat….it’s what’s for dinner!

In honor of @FEENIX recovery 😇, I thought I'd post up in the Cooks Corner today. Fired up the Pit Boss at 05:00 this morning and got started on a 5 lb beef brisket flat. Marinated over night in a brown mustard/brown sugar rub mixture and then "mopped" every 30 minutes (once in the smoker) with a beer, Worcestershire and apple cider vinegar mix. Ought to be finished @ 15:00 hrs. It's what will be for dinner. Cheers fellas!

Gotcha. We got the 820 sportsman for XMAS last yr. Best thing we ever bought lol. Still have a bradley but never use it anymore lol.

Yep…..I had been using (fighting with 😡) a Masterbuilt Smoker for a couple years and I finally had enough. Wish I'd bought this Pit Boss in the beginning and saved myself a bunch of hassle. 👍
