In honor of @FEENIX recovery , I thought I'd post up in the Cooks Corner today. Fired up the Pit Boss at 05:00 this morning and got started on a 5 lb beef brisket flat. Marinated over night in a brown mustard/brown sugar rub mixture and then "mopped" every 30 minutes (once in the smoker) with a beer, Worcestershire and apple cider vinegar mix. Ought to be finished @ 15:00 hrs. It's what will be for dinner. Cheers fellas!
