Len sells a double shouldered "biathlon" sling through the LRH store that is very good if you need to pack a rifle but aren't carrying some sort of a day pack.

For a single shouldered sling I really like the Butler Creek V-Grip.

The rubberized material really helps keep a rifle from working loose and sliding off your shoulder.
