This is a Sinclair motorized neck turning, primer pocket, deburing etc tool.
currently has the neck turning pilot on it. You can buy the universal chuck (under $20 on Ebay) for any reloading tool such as deburring in/out, primer pockets, chamfering and cleaning case necks. Look at Sinclair International for all the other items. this one was originally for neck turning but just unloosen the set screw and put on the universal chuck and can do all the case prep motorized.
However, best use is neck turning. You have the perfect speed and can hold the turning tool perfectly inline so no marks or lines on your brass. This makes the work go so much faster and cleaner.
Has forward and reverse.
It is just that I have two and cleaning out some things.
