NIB comes with sunshade, cloth, all warranty and registration documentation, hunters holdover reticle which is similar to the Leupold Boone and Crockett reticle and Sightron box but with wrong lid. I received it this way when I purchased it. Dealer sent wrong lid and it wasn't worth the hassle of returning since I had plans to mount this on a 7MM Rem Mag which I have since traded. $375 Shipped Send me your e-mail if you would like pictures. 700BDL, That is an excellent scope at an excellent price. I own the 4-16x42 Sightron II big Sky and I can honestly see my bullet holes at 500 yards'

Guys, Sightron is a lifetime warranty. If it's broke, they send you a new one. (Whoops, I know from experience).
