Shotgun Shell Food

Thats GREAT those Traeger Smokers are GREAT! What wood pellets did you use?
and share your recipe!!
Yes, the Traeger is a great machine

Traeger brand hickory pellets.
Mixed ground axis, worcestershire sauce, fresh ground pepper, sea salt and a local BBQ rub seasoning, fresh chopped onion, minced garlic and chopped sweet peppers. Then I pretty much followed his recipe. Stuff the shells, wrapped each in two slices of bacon and let them sit in the fridge about 4 hours. Cooked at 220 for about 40-45 minutes until bacon is crispy. Brush with a good BBQ sauce.
They were a hit!
