Short barrel rifle in 6.5 or 7mm

I'm looking for a custom short barrel rifle in 6.5 PRC or 7mm saum or like cartridges. Must have a threaded muzzle and LW. Wanting a 18"-22" barrel. Looking for a higher dollar rifle. In the $3500-$5500.
