setting up a remington 700 ltr

Picked up a 20 in barreled ltr today. What would be a good starting point for this rifle? I am thinking of 168 amax or the 155 lapua. Scrap the xmark trigger and put in place a jewell, badger base and rings and figure out the scope once i get everything settled down with new job. What do you all think of a set up like this?

I think you're on the right track, but I'd recommend for hunting/target the Berger 168 VLD's seated to mag length. Or for target only, Nosler 168 Custom Comps.
