For sale is a semi custom built lightweight rifle chambered in 284 winchester built by Lorenzo Young of Deadly Precision Gunsmithing.
The parts used for the build are as listed. Trued weatherby vanguard long action, Krieger #3 9 twist 22" barrel, Manners MCS-EH4 stock, and weatherby light weight composite DBM. I have brand new talley light weight scope mounts for this rifle some where and will include them if I can find them.
This rifle has never been fired, but every other rifle I have had built by this gunsmith has shot .5 MOA or better with proper hand loads. This rifle was built using a long action so the bullets could be seated out further than your typical 284 winchester as you can see by the photo of the magazine. This rifle weighs 6.2 lbs and would be a great back country deer or elk rifle. Please contact me with any questions. Buyer will pay actual shipping cost to FFL.
