when you seat bullets in these 2 magnum noser cases do you fine that the bullets protrude a lot into the powder area of the cases when using the heavey bullets for calaber? for the 28 nosle lets say the 168 beger to the 180 grain and the 30 nosler lets say the 180 to 220 grain bullets.as far at magizine length let assume we are talhing about a remington 700 long action and the nosler m 48 action.

Yes. I'm assuming your seating them to factory lengths.
I'm running a light for cal 30nos in custom rem 700. Bullets do not do that but when I was running 180's they were seated kinda deep.

If you are shooting them in a factory rifle with a SAAMI chamber, then yes. If you are shooting a custom rifle, it should be properly throated for the bullet you want to shoot. COAL on a 28 Nosler is 3.340. I'm shooting 195 EOLs with a COAL of 3.820 in a Wyatts mag. You also need to look at barrel twist to see if it's even worth your while to shoot the heavies.

Yes. There's a reason the 300 Norma and 300 PRC are built how they are - shorter and fatter nets similar case capacities as longer and thinner but with more manageable OALs when paired with correct throat lengths.

I'm fine with modifying my stuff for the Wyatt's box, but that's not something you find on the shelf somewhere.
