Hey Guys thinking i am gonna do my first MT hunt this year would like to do a SE MT deer hunt in first week of Nov. I know they have had a hard winter in 2010-2011 but hoping to still find a decent buck doesnt need to be a giant just good rep of the species.
Wondering how the public land is to hunt and how the Block managment land works?
Also wondering what the odds are of seeing an elk in that area on public land i am thinking slim to non but wondering if i should get a combo tag or just do the deer tag.
