Scope Tester Video

Does anyone know if there is a video available that show the proper use of a Field & Cave or equivalent scope reticle tester. Not quite sure how to use it and the instructions answer some questions but create several more. If someone uses one of these and could give me a little guidance I certainly would appreciate it. Tried to find a Video on you tube but no luck.
