I'm having a hard time finding a scope with the options I'm wanting. Maybe one of you can provide some insight for what I'm looking for. I can't believe there isn't more options like this available. Huskemaw is the only option?

Zero Stop
Windage cap or zero stop on windage
SFP
MOA
Max Magnification (20x +/-)
Under $2,000

Look at the Zeiss V4 lineup. I bet you'll find exactly what you're looking for. Plus you can get demo optics from Redhawk Rifles at some pretty phenomenal prices.

Sig Sauer Whiskey 5 series covers your requirements, and also has a built in digital level and illumination. I like mine, though there were some QC issues. The RMA process was VERY good and VERY quick though.

Also, the Bushnell Forge series has both a zero stop on the elevation, and locking turret caps on both Wind/Elev. They are available in both SFP and FFP.

Leupold Vx5-hd is exactly what your describing. The nf nx8 checks all boxes except for its ffp.
The vx-6hd has a z stop on the wind where the vx5 has a cap. The shv doug mentioned above works as well.
