Scope Height - Picatinny rail vs Talley LW one piece

Looking for some input before I order a stock for an action with a picatinny rail I have. I have mainly used the Talley one piece light weights in the past and know that the medium height rings match well for me with the comb height of the stocks I like (McMillan BDL's, Sporter & Hunter). Would the picatinny rail with low mount rings be close to the medium height Talley's? Or if they are significantly higher I will look at a stock with a higher comb.
