Yes you can save it to your internet browser as a "bookmark". So for example if you use Firefox, Bing, or whatever as your browser go to youtube and do a search on how to save to your browser. I'm an old fart too lol.

Yes, you can save it to your favorite; make sure you rename it so it is easy to locate when you need it.

Or

You can create a tracking log, i.e., a word document, and save the thread link you want to save.

I just tag it by responding as "Tagged" or "Following". You can then go to Find Threads with your posts and reference. The other responses are probably better, but this has worked for me.
