Savage Weather Warrior

I'm going to buy a Savage .25-06 and the model 16/116 Weather Warrior Series is looking pretty good, anyone have thoughts about this rifle or mabey the model 11/111 Hunter Series. They both have a 22 inch barrel and are both equipt with the accustock and accutrigger.
(p.s. I'm going to be shooting 600 yards)

I like the weather warrior and would like to get one in either a 260 or 7mm-08. I would like to see savage produce a 24" barrel!

I know what you mean a 24 incher would be nice. But why would you want .260 or 7-08 over .25-06
