Savage model 11FC 243 Trigger Adjustment

I have a Savage model 11FC 243 with a trigger pull of 8 lbs....as from the factory. I don't want to buy a new trigger, so can anyone direct me to a schematic or directions on 'how to adjust' this trigger to 2 - 3 lbs. I saw one on the model 10, but it doesn't seem to match the model 11FC. This is not an Accu-trigger!
