Had this put together for the wife.

Savage 10 in a green hogue overmold with a takeoff stainless bbl. Shoots sub MOA with barnes handloads. Steel weaver style basis (I think they are Warnes). I have a thin walnut painted black butt plate for it which will shorten the lop by about 1/2 inch for someone small of stature. Cheek pad for those who are recoil shy.

Great 1 gun hunter pig, deer, elk, & moose rifle.

Spare magazine included.

Is that a factory Savage barrel? What's the length?

21.25 inches. Not a factory savage bbl. Was a take-off from another rifle. Believe it was originally a 280 remington. Shank cut and then re-chambered if I recall correctly.

Nice to see a savage barrel done the right way without the barrel nut.
