Savage Long Range hunter

Any comments on the Savage Long Range Hunter in 338 Laupa

They have one at Sportmans Warehouse for $1200

Buy it! Should be a real shooter, though if you can find the one with the HS stock, that is the one I would want. But with that said the LRH is a good rifle.

+1 I find that type of stock much more comfortable to shoot. I have an Accu-stock now, and it is serviceable.

2-3 " groups at 100 yards was the best I could do. I've got a new barrel on order for it now.
