I'm selling my Savage 99c, chambered in 358 Win.The rifle was bought new as a 308 Winchester. He took the rifle to Dave Norin(northern Illinois), and had it rebarrelled with a Shilen select match to 358Win. The rifle then went in the safe for the next 25 years or so.
It's very accurate with Speer 250 grain bullets overPrecision Rifle powder. The barrel is 22 inches long, with a recessed crown, the length of pull is 13.5 inches, and has a Pachmayer Decelerator pad. The jewling on the bolt is in great condition as I don't think this has had more than 60 total rounds fired (including the time it spent as a 308). The wood is in excellent shape
There are a few light marks in the metal, as this was hunted for a couple of seasons, but nothing major at all.
1200.00 shipped. PM for pics.
