I need some opinions on this rifle. Im looking at getting a new rifle for lr hunting. I was looking at either a 300 RUM or 338 RUM. Well i came across this rifle for $550 new. My goal will mostly be elk hunting with some antelope and deer mixed in there. Is this a decent rifle? Is the Caliber good? Any ideas on what kind of range i can expect with this caliber on elk and deer?
