Savage 110 FCP .338 Ammo

So I decided to pick up a Savage 110 FCP .338 Lapua today. What brand ammo can I go with if I don't want to dish out $140 for 20 rounds by Remmington? I'm just doing target shooting, no hunting, 500-1000 yrds.

Find a mentor and start the reloading adventure. Initial cost is an investment I have been reloading for 20 years and still use some of the first equipment I bought.

Any recommendations on the round grain? I'm thinking 250, or do I need to just try some and see what works best?
