Sako Expert needed

[J E Custom]

I came across a Sako s 491 short action and had a question about the material
the action is made of and was hoping that someone knew or a link to find out.

The action appears to be in the white but it is 15 or 20 years old and has no rust.

It looks like stainless but back when it was made stainless was not used very much
so I thought it could be some kind of nickle Alloy.

I tried to find a Sako site that could help but no luck.

If anyone has or knows anything about this action I would appreciate any help.
