sako A7 and tikka t3 question

I have a sako a7 and was wondering if a tikka barrel has the same thread as the sako a7, also can I purchase a t3 aftermarket stock to put on it ? the guns have a very similar look and feel. I have measured the bolt spacing[only with a tape measure] and it is really close to what boyds says the tikka measurement is.Any info would be appreciated
