Ruger MKII Zytel 300 win mag

I have a ruger mark II zytel stock up for sale. It has a brand new vortex viper hs-lr 4-16x44 on it. The rifle is in very good condition other than a small mark on the floor plate that is shown in the picture. I also have 50 new ADG brass, dies, and various bullets for it. I have never personally fired the rifle. I'm asking 1300 for the rifle or 1750 for the rifle and scope or best offer, thats less than anything I've see on gunbroker. Reloading supplies available to buyer or will be up for sale after sale of rifle. Thanks for looking. May entertain trade offers.
