Ruger M77 338 Win Mag

For Sale: Ruger M77 Rifle with tang safety in 338 Winchester Magnum. Factory 24" barrel, the original Ruger red buttstock Pad, and 1 " Ruger scope rings. Made in 1988. SN: 771-53xxx.

I bought the rifle in Fairbanks, AK back in 1998 from the original owner. The stock has been glass bedded and the rifle shoots exceptionally well. The original owner spent a lot of time in a river boat and the stock has some nicks and scratches from use.

The last time I hunted moose with it was in 1999/2000 and it has been sitting in my safe since. I have shot ~ 80-100 rounds through it. Also included are a set of Warne Maxima series gloss steel 1" rings.

Is the rifle glass bedded solid? Can it be removed from the stock?

The bedding goes from the tip of the forend to the tang less the area around the trigger. Rifle pops right out after you remove the action/trigger screws. Be happy to send pics via cell/DM if needed.
