Rucking backpack frame

I am currently rucking with an Exo K3 frame to which I add iron discs for a total weight of 50 pounds. I am not happy with the adjustment system it has, and I am looking for new alternatives. In addition to the impossibility of adjusting the straps and leaving them to my liking, it is a very noisy frame. I like the Exo K4, but I'm afraid it's as noisy as the current K3 and that the hipbelt won't stay fixed on the iliac crest and will constantly slide down.
I intend to carry a maximum of 65 pounds for about 13-15 miles, and I like the Kifaru Ark frame and IA one, as they have a very strong, yet deformable carbon fiber frame.
I'd like to hear your opinions and if you have any other suggestions to achieve my goal.

No offense meant here AT ALL, but why are you altering the frame to carry plates? I have an EXO k3 1800 and I have rucked with it at over 50 pounds. I have used small gravel and/or kitty liter. I get a feed bag (woven nylon) and put it in the bag then fill it up with whatever I have and zip tie the top of the feed bag shut. Cinch down the straps and go rucking.

If you really want to use plates, Outdoorsmans has a plate carrier pack frame that accepts Olympic style plates.

I just packed all my stuff as I intended to carry it and went for it. those weights wont carry the same as a fully loaded pack.

Try a DEUTER internal frame backpack (not a daypack). Deuter is a German company but, like Osprey, its packs are made in Vietnam and are high quality.
Also good are Kelty, REI, Seek Outside, KUIU, Kifaru, Mystery Ranch, etc.
Internal frames are not as prone to squeaking as external frames. Osprey and REI sort of blend the two styles. I love Osprey's comfort.

I ruck every other day with my Stone Glacier packs. I have 50 pounds of lead shot in a soft sided cooler that I leave in the pack. With the bag, lead, and other stuff its about 65 pounds, but I often add more weight to get it to 80lbs. I've had absolutely no problems with my 2 SG packs doing this for years.

I,ve got/use a big aluminum framed Kelty for many years and miles.....with detachable bag...... always did what I needed..... never failed quality durability wise....
