Hey guys,
Just ordered my Model 700 MLR in .338 lapua. What would you guys reccomend for a set of rings and bases? I will be using my bushnell 6500 4.5-30x 50mm obj. (please don't say I need other optics this scope is highly underated). the scope has a 30mm tube. apparently the machine screws for this model of 700 are #8,40 so they have a differant thread pitch than a typical model 700 and this #8,40 is common on tactical rifles?
