Hello all,
I have Rock Island Armory/ ARMSCOR 1911 "medium frame" for sale. I bought it almost 2 years ago, but don't have the money to buy those big 45's. I've put about 500 rounds through it, and field stripped and cleaned after every range session. Here's what it comes with.
-the gun
-Two 8 rd mags(factory and a Wilson Combat)
-Two sets of grips(factory and aftermarket from a series 70)
-Hard case
-all original paperwork and factory test cases.
-Ca DOJ approved lock
Basically, this is a cross between a GI, and a commander. It has a 4.25" barrel, but other than that is full GI.
She's also 10 times more accurate than I am. When I was able to do some practice with it, I was hitting 20oz bottles between 30-50yds.
Now, for the nitty-gritty. I'd like to get $525 for it, and that is a $75 loss on what I have in it. I'm also open to trades for other handguns. Preferably a G19, or Beretta 92, but I'll consider any thing. I may also consider throwing in a set of Lyman dies, and 150-ish empty cases, if trade values are unequal.
