Revic PMR 428 4.5-28x56 MOA

More than likely, they outlawed "Electronic" scopes for hunting. The OP could just remove the battery from it when he goes hunting, and it's no longer a banned scope. It will still hold all the inputted data so it won't be lost when the battery is replaced.
nope taking the battery out doesnt make it legal its still a banned scope
in colorado battery or no battery

best thing colorado ever did was ban the use of electronic scopes

Why's That?
The Revic PMR scope doesn't do anything other than supply you with the ballistic data that you have inputted into the program. It's not like it has a built in range finder, you still have to use a hand held range finder to range your target / animal, and then either use the reticle for your hold over or dial the elevation turret and see the numbers change in the HUD.

The only difference between the Revic PMR and any other long range scope is you don't have to carry a drop dope card with you. It doesn't make killing any animal or shooting any target at long ranges any easier.
